When the Unread Poet Died

Oh, have you heard the latest news?

That nutty old dude the Marshal's dead,

and ne're again do we ever have to hear

what's rattlin' around in his crazy head.

Oh, well he did write a few of 'em down

his kindly, supportive, only sister said.

Perhaps now with his untimely passing,

in memoriam he'll become widely read?
