I'm almost done 

compulsively lying, subconsciously crying, absolutely dying

did the best I could

boldly cheating, emotionally overheating, delusionally bleating

Trampled by fate 

terribly heartbreaking, totally painstaking, barely partaking

devoid of good vision

unabashedly grifting, manically shifting, aimlessly drifting
